Whether fruity or herbal, a cup of hot tea is the perfect choice for those who want to unwind and relax at the end of the day.
Après-Ski Hot Drinks with Alcohol
When the mood rises, these warming drinks with a special twist come into play:
Mulled Wine
The ultimate classic! Red or white wine refined with festive spices like cinnamon and cloves. Here's a recipe so you can make it at home:
- 4-10 cloves (depending on desired intensity)
- 3 star anise
- 1 orange
- 70 g brown rock candy
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 bottle of red wine
Cut the orange into wedges. Heat the red wine with the spices and orange wedges (without boiling) and let it simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Allow it to steep for another 10 minutes, then strain it through a sieve. Reheat before serving if needed. That’s how easy it is to enjoy delicious mulled wine at home!
Jägertee
