In Austria’s largest skiing association, gourmets and fans of Haute Cuisine come together. This is due to the fact that in the five regions of Ski amadé there are also Gault&Millau and Falstaff certified restaurants, as well as the numerous traditional mountain restaurants and ski huts. In these distinguished establishments, true gourmets can look forward to the diverse range of exquisite dishes on offer and also to the wide selection of excellent wines.

Our team around head chef Lukas Cirjak conjures up new creations every day and our sommeliers serve them the right wines.

The ambience reflects the philosophy of our kitchen: The centuries-old walls have been given a new shine without losing their original charm.


Eating & drinking in the Johann
We always rely on the best quality of our products. It is therefore only logical to obtain the majority of our meat and dairy products from our own farm in the neighboring village of Pichl.

This commitment is again worth an award for Gault Millau in 2019. This year we even got a second hood with 14.5 points. Up to now, with 14 points, we had a constant 1 hood for 7 years.

The Landgasthof Bertahof in Bad Hofgastein has been located amidst the old trees and in the heart of the Gastein Valley for over 350 years. This family-run and cozy restaurant has an extraordinary reputation! Enjoy and feel good: that is the maxim for Bertahof guests.

The Bertahof is listed in Gault Millau and has received the award "very good cuisine that offers more than the everyday" since 2009.

Above all, the lamb, mostly from our own breeding, or the fresh fish from our own pond, make a visit to the Bertahof a culinary experience. Chef Robert Granitzer only uses fresh, seasonal products from the region.

The culinary offer ranges from creatively prepared regional specialties to Mediterranean delicacies and international classics.

The Bertahof has been awarded the AMA gastro seal for the use of products from surrounding regions and from Austria.

With the 6-N philosophy, you will enjoy naturalness, sustainability, natural wellness, nature experience, nature design as well as the crowned natural cuisine in the restaurant area.
Awarded with 1 "Haube" from Gault Millau and a "Gabel" from Falstaff, the exquisite delicacies from the Nature & Freestyle Kitchen guarantee special culinary delights.

We live in the most beautiful land of milk and honey in the world. Hermann Oberreiter , the owner of the house, had the idea to convert a cowshed into a more modern catering business. In 2000 the time had come: "Austrian cuisine interpreted in Asia". There are now creations that are probably not found anywhere else on a menu.

With our 65 seats, we have the right space for everyone. All types of family and company celebrations are particularly popular, and we are happy to put together special arrangements for them.

 

Built in 2010 according to plans by Kuehn Malvezzi, it is located right next to the meadows where the horses of the Wetzlgut graze in summer, hence the name »Rossalm«. We fulfill our wish to cook “everyone’s favorite dish” with a fine selection of seasonal delicacies with regionally sustainably produced basic products.

In winter we serve Austrian delicacies for lunch. In the evening we will be happy to spoil you with a candle light dinner! The Rossalm is excellent with a fork in the Falstaff! And thanks to our guests, we have received the "Certificate of Excellence 2016" from TripAdvisor through numerous positive reviews. We would like to thank all guests who have made us this success!

Fine Alpine cuisine with a Mediterranean flair brings Austro tapas to your plate.

The Restaurant “Zum Holzwurm” was opened in 1988 by Brunhilde and Willi Gappmaier and is a culinary fixture in the region around Flachau. In summer our cosy terrace entices guests to dine, celebrate and enjoy each other’s company. There’s a great children’s playground in front of our restaurant in Flachau. In winter skiers pop in for breakfast – as the restaurant is situated right on the slopes of the Snow Space Salzburg in Ski amadé.
