The journey to Grossarl is very straightforward. We chose the practical journey by car. You can access the ski area from two sides, directly in the Grossarl Valley or via Dorfgastein. You can easily find the 4 SENSATIONS spots from either side, no matter where you start your skiing day.
SENSATIONS and how to find them:
You can find four SENSATIONS in Grossarltal: The Sonnenplatzl, the Glocknerplatzl, the Naturplatzl and the Hollywood swing on the Kieserl. All four places have been furnished with rustic outdoor furniture, so that you can not only take part in the challenge, but also enjoy the fantastic view in comfort. Just the thing on a sunny day of skiing in the sun.
The Glocknerplatzl is located in the area of the ‘Gratabfahrt’, the Naturplatzl at the family descent near the Kreuzkogel, the Sonnenplatzl at the Sonnenbahn 4-seater chairlift and the Hollywood swing can be found at the mountain station of the Kieserl lift. Some of them require a bit of searching, but that's what makes a challenge fun. The Ski amadé app not only shows you where the corresponding QR code is, but also takes you there directly with the routing option.
