Route description
The small Mitterstein tour is a two-kilometre-long, groomed and well-marked piste tour starting at the Dachstein mountain station. It first leads downhill to the old mountain station of the Mitterstein chairlift, where the touring skis are put on.
Surrounded by high alpine scenery, the route follows the Ramsau cross-country ski trail with views of the Rosmarie gallery back to the Dachstein mountain station, where the tour ends. The tour is suitable for both beginners and experienced ski tourers.
