Ski amadé SENSATIONS-Challenge 2023/24
1. Organizer
The organizer of our sweepstakes is Ski amadé GmbH, Prehauserplatz 3, 5550 Radstadt. The competitions are not connected with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Vimeo and are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Vimeo.
2. Participation
The competition starts from the time of publication in the Ski amadé Guide App or the ski operation in winter 2023/24. The winners will be selected from all participants who have visited the Ski amadé SENSATIONS locations and scanned the QR codes according to the instructions. By participating, participants accept the conditions of participation.
The closing date for the competition is the end of the 2023/24 ski season.
3. Conditions of participation
Persons aged 16 years and older are eligible to participate. The participation of sweepstake agencies and other automatically generated mass entries and submissions is expressly excluded and will not be taken into account in determining the winners. Each participant will only be considered once in the draw.
4. Prize and prize determination
Among all participants who completely fulfill the raffle instructions, depending on the level reached (gold, silver, bronze, which are determined by the number of SENSATIONS visited) 9 different prizes 1 x Ski amadé Goodiebag incl. 2 x 1-day ski pass, 1x Komperdell poles, 1 x NAKED Optics sports goggles,1 x Atomic helmet + goggles, 1 x Ski amadé ALL-IN Card White, 1x ski vacation for 4 persons for 3 nights in a 4* hotel incl. half board and 3-day ski pass Ski amadé, 1 x Atomic ski, 1x Ski amadé ALL-IN Card Gold and 1x ski vacation for 2 persons for 6 nights in a 4* hotel incl. half board and 6-day ski pass Ski amadé raffled.
The winners will be informed by e-mail and must respond to the prize notification within 7 days and provide their contact details (first name, surname, street, zip code, e-mail address, telephone number). If this is not the case, the prize will be forfeited. The winnings will be sent to the winners. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. The ski vacation and ski passes can only be redeemed during the 24/25 season. All costs, fees, taxes or charges that may be incurred in connection with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By submitting an entry, entrants accept the terms and conditions of entry.
5. Grant of rights of use and attribution
The participants grant the organizer free of charge and unlimited the simple right to reproduce, distribute, make available to the public, display, edit and transfer these rights to third parties, such as for example, technical service providers, to transfer. The grant is unlimited in time until the cancellation by the participants.
The participants agree that their contributions to the sweepstakes promotion as well as their names in connection with the sweepstakes promotion, the draw, handling or presentation of the entries will be made public by the organizer. 6. Exclusion of warranty
The organizer points out that the availability and function of the competition can not be guaranteed. The competition action may be terminated or removed, in particular due to external circumstances and constraints, without resulting in claims of the participants against the organizer. External circumstances and constraints may include technical problems, legal changes or third-party measures outside the control of the organizer. The winnings can not be redeemed in cash. The legal process is excluded.
7. Liability limitation
The organizer is not liable for injury to life, limb and health and does not require the participation of any dangerous or dangerous scenes.

11. Differing conditions, applicable law, contract language and contact
Deviating conditions of the participants are not recognized, unless the organizer expressly agrees to their validity in writing. Austrian law applies.
