During the day the Almbar is a popular ski chalet which is visited by skiers of the Faschinglifts. In the evening the Almbar converts into a fine restaurant with excellent food.

Every Thursday there is live music in the evening. The menu is extensive and sure to be something for every taste. On the wine list you will find the best Austrian wines.

It is our aim to implement the "art of simplicity" in the kitchen and service. In the middle of a breathtaking mountain world at 1,870 m – at the mountain station of the Tauern cable car – you can indulge yourself in the TOMiziel with regional specialties and a unique sun terrace including a view of the Dachstein.

The TOMiziel belongs to the AlmSkihütten and is one of a total of 15 skihuts on the Hauser Kaibling. One look says more than 1,000 words! Just looking at the umbrella bar it quickly becomes clear that you just have to stop here. Wood and glass dominate the architectural design, which fits perfectly into the ambience on the mountain and combines alpine lifestyle with a touch of modernity. The all-round glazing of the TOMiziel enables a 360-degree view of the breathtaking mountains.

The culinary offer spans a wide range, from hearty mountain breakfasts to piste burgers or Hüttengröstl to classics such as Kaiserschmarren or yeast dumplings.

Living in the Berggasthof Scharfetter
Experience the charm of the mountain rooms in summer as well as winter and relax at 1,800 m above sea level in the Berggasthof Scharfetter. The location is ideal for everyone who loves the feeling of being alone and being the first to draw tracks on the freshly groomed slope - you can set off before breakfast and enjoy it only after the first descent.

In the bike park you can test your skills in the trail park and dirt park on an area of ​​approx. 10,000 m². In the trail park, the bike takes you over natural obstacles such as roots, balance elements, curves and waves. In the dirt park there are 3 lines equipped with tables and a seesaw.

Die Urlaubsregion Gastein kann man auf über 45km gespurten und bestens präparierten Loipenkilometern entdecken. Der Großteil ist sowohl im klassischen als auch im Skating- Stil zu bewältigen.
